    Opti Men not for those on Meds?

    Curious, some supps say to ask your pharmacist if ok to use if your on meds. This one says not to take if on any meds. Assuming period.
    Why is this? and should I care?

    I've used and I'm on BP meds. I would still check with Pharmacy if concerned.

    At a cursory glance an M.D. may take issue with the Gingko Biloba & Ginseng. Idk, if you ask me, you show your average M.D. anything other than a supermarket multi, they will tell you not to take it. Also people that have underlying kidney disease, etc, etc. It's just way too broad to specify so hence the warning.

    Probably because supplements aren't regulated by the FDA and they must have a disclaimer for legal reasons.
