    My gift from god for Bodybuilding.

    Im 15, 118 lb, 9% bodyfat at 5'5.

    My problem is it takes long time for me to gain any weight. I do not say i dont gain weight. It takes long time. Where other dudes put on 20 lb of mass in a year (not lean)
    Like i wish dat. Im sick of being ****ing skinny all the time i want to be in bearmode. I can eat whatever the **** i want i only gain lean mass. Slowly im sick of that.

    In the morning i eat 3 eggs with oatmeals. After 2 hours i take a little porteinshake.
    For lunch i eat 200g carbs.
    After that workout starts.
    After killing me in the gym i take a huge proteinshake with 1k calories.
    In the evening sometimes i eat whatever i want. Pizza, fish.
    Sometimes nothing :/
    Im only gaining 200g a week with that.

    Like this is my gift. I never will need cardio in my life. Other people need to go on a daily cardio and **** themselves. And me...i can do whatever the **** i want and dont GAIN ANY ****ING WEIGHT.

    Does anyone understand me?

    Well in short, you're still not eating enough. Sounds like a lot of your protein is from shakes. Try eating more steak, chicken, fish, beef. Fat is calorie dense, so you can get a lot of calories from little food volume. Have 2 tbsp peanut butter and a big glass of milk on top of each meal. You will have NO PROBLEM gaining weight once you learn how to get more calories in.
    Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

    Alright ill add 1l milk daily and some more calories.

    bro i tried 5 eggs for weeks and i was sick af. The eggs tasted to weird after some time.

    Pizza, ice cream more milk shakes, candy bars between meals more steak, lamb, goat and chicken thighs whole duck.

    Add butter and oil to every dish ( put oil on the pizza extra cheese and extra meat ), add heavy cream into milk shakes with ice cream and whole milk. As is obvious you are not eating enough or not eating enough consistently not a gift not a curse your just not consuming enough food consistently that is putting you into a surplus.
