I just happen to have tub handy...
the MCTs and goBHB are in a blend @ 14.2g with MCTs being first on the list.
I also have a bottle of strait gobhb and its 2g per serving.
so Id have to guess this would at least have 2 g, which would leave a lot of MCTs for most peoples bellies.. there is at least 2g but more likely around 4g. I am not sure I can get the amount. maybe finaflex freak can give us some thing accurate.

i never done a keto diet let alone sample any keto products. I would mind a tub and would start a keto diet just to try and review this product. thanks.
