    Cool How many bodybuilders are in your school?

    When I was a softmore at my local High school, I really admired the guys with a big chest and wide backs and thick arms, there were at least 5 of them. They really inspired me, they were always popular and no one messed with them. A year and 9 months ago I started my journey. I put 30lbs of muscle and now I'm exited to be one of those Senior with tight clothing and big guns. What about you guys

    ok maybe 25 lol my body fat is the same as when I started, I was 155lbs at 5,9 and now I'm 185lbs

    Dude you are doing great! I wish I could put on muscle like that. I'm gonna be a senior and I'm still small....
