Pretty sad group of "athletic" people we have if at least 25% or more can't perform such a basic task. Guess it's kinda hard when you're trolling a bodybuilding forum 24/7

I can. Fastest 5k I've ever done was just shy of 23 minutes. Working toward sub 20.
Surprisingly, most people can't. The average person cannot run a mile. Most miscers don't do cardio. Maintaining an 8:00 pace for three consecutive miles is very challenging, almost impossible, for someone who doesn't partake in some sort of endurance training already. It's not a matter of strength or mental endurance. It's a matter of your lungs and heart, and how they aren't conditioned to maintain that pace over such a long distance.Attract toxic girls but I'm not toxic crew

this is why I laugh at gymcels who pretend (key word, PRETEND) to be all into health with their stupid brotein shakes and 200g to 1 broc**** floret ratio diets and 6 day splits doing 15 sets of chest and working curls and tricep extensions... like are those really integral to your longevity? these same people don't even stretch or do cardio. if there's one thing you should do in life beyond and other for physical well being it's some form of cardio. like for fuk sake just ride a scooter or play tennis against a wall if you're that lazy.
Death is impossible for us to fathom: it is so immense, so frightening, that we will do almost anything to avoid thinking about it. Society is organized to make death invisible, to keep it several steps removed. That distance may seem necessary for our comfort, but it comes with a terrible price: the illusion of limitless time, and a consequent lack of seriousness about daily life. We are running away from the one reality that faces us all.
