Solid video. Repped. You don't say how your arms grew tho, did you do 6-8 reps of 4-5 sets or heavy volume 15-20? Or did you really switch between heavy weight and heavy volume each other arm day?

Agree, it does come down to genetic strongpoints as well but a general guideline would be 2 exercises for triceps 2 for biceps. I don't 'need' as much volume either since they grow very rapidly, but hey always room for more growth!Originally Posted by TooAnabolic

hit biceps/triceps 2x per week with each time being 2 exercises with 3-4 sets with 10-15 reps per set?
Or hit them 3x per week?
