Outside of the obvious ones like the types of cars, shops, homes, general infrastructure, people who hang outside their property all the time. Too poor or lazy to do anything else, so they just drink, make noise, breed etc. That and groups/packs/gangs of people just loitering around, another sign they have nothing better to do.
