Bikini prep: is my coach putting my health at risk or should I doubt this?

    Hi all,

I am currently in prep for my first bikini competition. I was doing fine for the first half of prep, although I've had a two week period where my progress pretty much stalled.
I am now 6 weeks out, weigh around 114 lbs, and I'm 5"2. Just last week my diet had been tweaked after the stalling (going from 1500 calories to 1380) and switching most of my meats for white fish and eggs, and lowering my carbs from around 150gr to a 100-110gr. I'm on 110C, 30F and 155P a day currently.

Yesterday I had my weekly check in and lost a solid 2LB in a week, with visible physical progress. I have stubborn fat on my stomach that isn't quite letting go as much, but I don't have a huge waist.
Now even though I had a good weigh-in and visible progress, my cardio got upped from 45 minutes 6 days a week to an hour 7 days a week, AND I have to start carb cycling. (110C-45C-110C-45C and so on) and on my low carb days my intake would come in at 1000-1100 calories. This is really low, and I feel like that's really low for still 6 weeks to go and in combination with so much cardio? Is this safe still?

I am feeling pretty cold and tired which is not unexpected during prep, and I'm pushing through, but this feels like I will burn myself out in a matter of two weeks at this rate. Thoughts? Tips? I'm not sure what to do

I'm not a prep specialist, but 1000 kcals a day is a dangerous level to be on health wise.

Calories dipping too low, a bland boring diet and way too much cardio.

A proper prep should never be like the above.^^

    Good luck and stay healthy.

Calories far too low, too much cardio, especially for still being 6 weeks out. I'm no expert, but I wouldn't do it.

Also not an expert... I can only speak from my own experience.

I would also worry about where you are at... with the amount of time you have left to go. At 6 weeks out things are getting hella aggressive. Where do you have left to go?

As the date gets closer, you need some tools left in your arsenal to pull out... you are running out of tools. If you are eating nothing and doing all the cardio, what's left?
