Ive been deadlifting for a few weeks now and idk if i should buy some straps. During my heavy sets my hand always get sweaty and i already have very small hands so my grip gives out first, even when doing over under grip. Im just trying to get a stronger deadlift and only doing 3-5 rep ranges. Ive also been doing static holds to improve my grip but when my hands sweat, its over.

as long as your goal is not to compete as a power lifter, there is nothing wrong with using straps while lifting.

Lol aware.
No need for straps until you have maxed out grip. Get chalk or liquid chalk. If you really want to use straps, do all the work you can without, and then put them on for the last couple reps. Do grip work at the end of your workouts and torture your forearms.MISC Blood Drive (MOD REPS): https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=175220881
