Was 235lbs 40% bf in that pic. Lost 70 lbs of fat, added 30 LBs of LBM. Did it in like 15months. Started my diet shortly before creating bb account. Added weightlifting in @ june 2015.

He started lifting when he was 12 so we don't have a true before picture. He used to compete in bodybuilding stuff until 10 years ago. After he quit, he... stopped eating so clean and um.. bulked a little too hard.

This is 2011, 5'9'' 220lb or so



And got this in a text this morning, 5'9" and 195 lb of sexy
