missing something as I have not had a fight in a while?
My body is like jittery and jumpy and I am anxious all the time I feel somewhat out of sync, like beside my self....I honestly need to see a shrink for real. I thought I was feeling anxiety cause I wasn't working but I am working now and I still feel out of sorts.
Am I crazy?

Considering you are the only one who is on a bodybuilding forum constantly thinking, talking/bragging about fighting, perhaps you are weird or crazy.
Or maybe, it's us, the other 53,678,92 members who who don't think, talk/brag about fighting as much as you that are weird or crazy.
All I know is it's too early for deep thinking and I ain't gonna see a shrink anytime soon, so I will just say Good luck!Air Force Veteran 1976 - 1999 - Cannabis Enthusiast since the 1960's

Last night a friend of mine was on FB live he was depressed and reaching out to people. My wife said call him John, cause on the live stream he said you guys know my number call me.
I called him, we got to talking and the majority of the things he was saying was how I feel and think. Aside from the fact that he was depressed, (lost his wife and kids, due to the fighting, streets, etc etc) I really did relate to him. He made me feel "normal" this place makes me feel abnormal since no one here can relate with me or I with them.
I appreciate your honesty man.On the list for Bannukah

Stress can manifest itself in some unusual ways
de-stress your life as much as you can
I went through a period of working 6 days a week in a 24/7 environment. I thought I was having heart attacks, left arm numb and all that. My doctor showed me it was just stress .... I quit shortly after that. He told me when he was in med school, he used to fall victim to every disease they learned about, because of his stressI don't necessarily agree with everything I say.

I'm not sure what the clinical definition of "crazy" is, but it is quite common for people to realize that things are off mentally, getting worse, and seeking assistance.
I'm also guessing that you have had a fair amount of concussions in your life. It is becoming increasingly understood that these concussions often manifest in differing ways as one gets older, with irritability, anxiety, fogginess and other vague symptoms being common.
Psych is not my area of expertise but typically, if one thinks something is going on, something usually is at least with the patient population I serve.A man who views the world the same at 50 as he did at 20 has wasted 30 years of his life.

What you were experiencing is common with anxiety disorders called disassociation
Basically it feels like you're watching your self in a dream almost, like you were watching your body through your eyes but it doesn't feel like it is you who is really there
This is a common mechanism that your brain goes through feeling threatened.Jake Krew

I guess I could mention sparring with all the coaching and protective gear. Kind of like a substitute for a street fight. I am sure you can arrange for that, 300$ for good gloves and head gear, trip to your dentist to mold a mouthpiece, and another 300$ for club membership. I mean, if you can pretend to be normal, and not look for a fight inside the ring, this could help. Just don't bring this poor eyesight excuse, we heard it already, no one is buying it anymore.

I think the real issue is, why you feel the need to inflict harm onto others through violent tendencies. There are plenty of ways to relieve stress without harming people.
Its just going to take once, for one of your victims to hit their head on the way down and suffer fatal damage. Then who wins? Your family won't, the victim certainly won't and you're doing life, all because of foolishness.Air Force Veteran 1976 - 1999 - Cannabis Enthusiast since the 1960's

I would shake his hand and say, you are one damn good fighter!
I rather be dead than see myself doing that
LOL, in a real fight it doesn't matter, but in sparring it matters significantly, stay with the program will ya!!
Understood, you are the kind of person that people like me need around, seriously. On the list for Bannukah
