Kind of what happened to Quads Gym, the one that "was" owned by Ed Coan. It used to be a great, hardcore gym where the dumbbells went up to 200lbs. Then the neighborhood started to change, clientele started to change, and now.....its gone.

The other one is located in Chicago on the north side near Boys Town I believe. "Boys Town," so figure out the people that work out there.
