I have a small frame but have always been athletic and toned. Im 5'5", 128 lbs, about 21-22% body fat. (A lot of people have guessed that I'm 115-120lbs) I get told that I'm tiny and thin a lot but also that I'm toned and have some muscle in me.
I have small thin bones but they're pretty solid and I'm anything but fragile and delicate. Shoulder and hips about the same width; shoulders slightly wider. Narrow waist and somewhat of an hourglass figure. More hourglass than rectangular but somewhere in there.
If you care to see a reference pic I have two pics on my profile under progress pics.
When I stick to a workout and diet routine I gain 1-1.5 lbs/month. Go up in strengthpretty fast but don't make gains as fast as my strength.
Not sure what category I fall into help.

We don't really prescribe to those labels anymore.
People really aren't as unique as they want to think they are ;-)
What are your goals?
Pretty much the same things work for everyone. Lift heavy/progressively and eat to support your goals (cutting/bulking)."Start where you are. It's never too late to change your life."

Your pics don't show anything.
The categories don't matter and are outdated.

No one is going to care more about your progress than you. Everyone else is too busy chasing their own. You either do what you need to do to progress, or you remain where you are. The choice is yours.

No brain, no gain.
"The fitness and nutrition world is a breeding ground for obsessive-compulsive behavior. The irony is that many of the things people worry about have no impact on results either way, and therefore aren't worth an ounce of concern."--Alan Aragon
