These types of feral actions makes it very hard to not be racist. The perpetrators always have the same profile.

I can see how poor immigrants living in the hood can easily turn racist. They can barely speak english, don't understand American culture or how American society works and can't ask for help from the police or Americans. They're threatened by these beasts. The negative consequences of not correctly identifying criminals are life threatening.

I think that racism by poor immigrants is completely justified. The stakes are lost lives versus a few hurt feelings (black people won't really care if a foreign immigrant is racist because they're in completely different social circles, they only pretend to care because they like being outraged).

Ghetto black people are very racist themselves and many times target immigrants because they think immigrants are "easy targets". The difference is that immigrants grew up in different cultures and didn't know better. Ghetto black people are born in the USA and should know better. It's also very pathetic that they're poor and ghetto despite having the advantages of growing up in the USA. They had all the opportunity and affirmative action and still failed.

Now is that how these children were brought up? Or are you just assuming that is their situation due to their behavior shown in the video? IMO if you can't afford to have a child, then don't have a child. Poor upbringing obviously has it's negative effects on children, but I don't care how much money you do or don't have. If you have a child, teach them right from wrong. If there is one parental job other than providing shelter and putting food on the table, that is it.
