It's a social thing brah, and it's actually quite healthy if you do it in moderation. The issue comes when you drink irresponsibly; be it too much in one night or too frequently. Find the balance, and you're golden. If you CAN'T find balance, then you need to give it up

Assuming you mean "herbal supplements" they're completely different feelings. I love them both, but green doesn't reach that magical euphoria of alcohol. That said it's much healthier if you're going to do it regularly.
