255x4 low-bar, not ATG but deeper than parallel, then I developed knee issues with ATG front squats on my other squat day.
I've been doing 225x4 or 5 for the past 4 weeks just messing with my stance width trying to get my knees as behind my toes as possible (physio's orders).
But then if I go super wide, my knees will bother me too. However if I keep my stance narrow my knees go past my toes, and while it doesn't inherently bother me I was still instructed to not do that.ACE CPT

I'm kind of embarrassed of my squat, was practicing low bar for over a year, always ended up with low back pain. but kept trying to perfect my form, too stubborn to ask for help, so never managed more than 285lb
Switching back to high bar, medium stance like I did the first few years of lifting, but haven't been consistent so never reached above 285lb yet, hoping this year I'll make it to 3 plates, this feels so much more natural for me and zero pain anywhere or discomfort.
I don't know why I was trying to squat a way that wasn't ideal for my build, ah well.
I've been squatting for 3 years, can do 225 for 10, but never felt comfortable going higher in terms of reps, anything over 225, would be 1-5 range. 285 is highest I've attempted.
Still squat first every session
Also since I found BB forums last year, I fell into the cut/bulk cycling bs, so finally getting it under control, hoping to start a really long lean bulk soon, to actually hit my strength goals, instead of wasting so much time.Last edited by Junsuiakai; 07-14-2017 at 02:49 PM.
