    Possible solution

Where is the pain in your forearm? If it's near the elbow, could be a connective tissue strain. Or a strain in one of the forearm muscles. Your forearms get work in all upper body exercises where you grip a barbell, dumbell, etc. Warm-up before any resistance training. Warm-up is cardio until you feel warm all over and/or break a light sweat. Also supplement with the basics; a good multi-vitamin (colloidal is best), EFAs (essential fatty acids), and some type of joint support containing chondroitin and glucosamine. I like Labrada's Elastijoint.

As for your shoulder pain, the majority of shoulder injuries occur while bench-pressing. Some reasons are; lack of warm-up, going too heavy too fast, improper bench-pressing technique. Try this on the bench. Roll up a towel and place under your neck. This keeps the natural curve instead of flattening out. Lot's more comfortable. Also, when locking out, don't. What I mean is keep your shoulders back on the bench. When you are able to completely straighten your arms, your shoulders are coming forward, up and off the bench. This is hard on the joints. Press only to the highest point of keeping your shoulders back. You're arms will be slightly bent. Remember, full lock-out means shoulders forward and in a weakened, vulnerable position. Take your basic supplements! Your body can't repair itself without the materials it needs to do so.

Rest an injury. Be patient. Gains will come.
