Genetics mean everything when it comes to natural bodybuilding. Routine and diet have a very minimal effect. Not sure how anyone can disagree?

If you don't look jacked in 5 years its prolly never gunna happen. Most people with good genetics look jacked anywhere from 1-5 years lifting. If you're at the 5 year mark and still look like a DYEL person then....sh!t bodybuilding might not be a good use of your time unless u actually enjoy lifting.

Most people think you can look like an elite crossfit games competitor with in a year of lifting. Also all the fake nattys on Instagram have like 100k-2million followers and all the average people believe them lmao.

How do you know the 5 or unders aren't on? Look at transformation threads on Reddit. There's people who are on who still look like chit so you never know who is. Hell, even I've been accused of using from all ranges of weight when I was 185 to when I was 230 and I don't even look impressive

ive seen some of those cell tech transformation threads on le reddit. Some are hilarious, but they're always people who have sh!t genetics and still look like sh!t after roids.
