ITT people who think sodium intake is actually bad for you. There's numerous studies proving it is quite the contrary. Also the people who are sodium sensitive are the exception, not the rule just like people who are allergic to nuts, gluten etc... Very small percentage have adverse effects from sodium.

Best recipe for noodles:

1) Boil noodles in salt water for 2 min.

2) Cook eggs in separate pan, and sprinkle cheese of your preference on it.

3) Cook some beef strips next to the eggs.

4) Pour the noodles into a bowl.

5) Put the eggs and beef strips on a plate.

4) Empty the bowl of noodles into a trash bin.

6) Enjoy eating eggs and beef, salting to taste.

Problem with any kind of instant noodles, incl these (which I have tried and do taste good, thanks to the hidden MSG) is that they add in a fuk ton of palm oil. Like literally two tablespoons or more of garbage tier oil per package of any instant noodles. Palm oil is the replacement for hydrogenated oil. It is one of the most disgusting, unhealthy things in our food supply and palm oil farming happens to be devastating rainforests.

But just because of the chitty way I feel after I eat palm oil + enriched flour + msg + tons of salt, I will never eat any instant noodle again. You might as well eat fast food because it's healthier.

Protip: Buy REAL ramen (plain ramen is basically fat free) and prepare REAL broth out of REAL meat and bones and it will taste 1000% better, 1000x better nutrition, etc.

You do realize there are like 9 different ingredients that are almost entirely MSG, right? They say "no MSG added*" because it's marketable but they add things like hydrolyzed protein and yeast extract that are 99% MSG.

the ones in OP are at your regular grocery store and walmart.(at least around here). Most grocery stores seem to have a small section for asian foods where you can find them. They are not always located by the regular cheap ass ramen noodles. If you want to try mi goreng which are the ones I posted earlier you will have to go to an asian grocery store usually
