I have no pics because I didn't celebrate. I work for a fireworks company and was busting my ass all the way through the fourth so you rest of you could enjoy yours with all the fireworks you could handle. Call it a public service.

We did our celebrating of the 4th at my parents' house. We actually did quite a bit throughout the day as the attention span of my guys can be limited, no matter what we are getting into. But I think what they really enjoyed the most was getting together with the neighbors and making s'mores. A little bit of responsible parenting from a lot of folks helped to make sure nobody got hurt and I know my oldest had a blast!

already ready and back at it "doin' work"
Celebrated by doing a Star Spangled Back workout, and extended it since I was off work and had more time. The we used a July 4 only coupon at PF Changs. Kept it to 1100 cals there.

My wife is the one that takes all the photos and she has them on her phone, but this year we did something a little different during the day. We took a drive down to the Columbus Zoo.
Both of my boys had a great day and it was certainly a long one because the weather was a little muggy. My youngest son is only 1 and it's hard to tell how much he really "gets" what he is looking at. But one thing is for sure, he was amazed looking at all of the fish in the aquarium. My older son is just about to turn 3 and he was beyond excited. Although he couldn't read the map he carried the whole day, he knew exactly which animals he wanted to see next.

Last saturday 7/1 We went to the beach because my wife wanted to for the holiday weekend and it was my son's first time going to the beach (5 months). We initially drove to Yorktown Beach (about an hour away). It was our first time there n didnt realize how small it was and the parking lot was really packed. I playfully suggested we should go to Buckroe beach with was 30mins away and my wife said ok lets go so we drove there, found parking, and had fun at the beach. My son had a good first experience at the beach.
Would like to try out plasma blast for sure. An intra with carbs as well as other pump ingredients is a plus. Would definitely benefit me not only because im on a cut but also because i train 4am in the morning so I need as much fuel as possible for my workouts-#TeamBramble #GetFitOrDie
