Reflection
Took first dose today of Muscleology's E'Cinerator
and I am definitely on the warm side! Thermogenics might be doing something! During this log I'll be taking one dose in the morning upon waking up and one pre workout or early afternoon. I'll have beginning log pic tomorrow and then I'll do a post or end log one as well. My current bodyweight is 211.2 lbs and a bodyfat of 16.4% according to the navy waist/neck measurement formula (probably a few percent higher). I currently use Avatar Nutrition for my nutrition programming and follow that decently strict. I have it set to the Slow Fat Loss setting which has me losing anywhere from .5 to 1 lb a week. I do powerlifting style training with little bits of cardio added in (mostly treadmill walking or stairmaster) I squat 3x a week and do a bench variation 3x a week as well with a posterior chain variation 3x a week too. I do a back and bicep hypertrophy day usually on Tuesday's but will be doing it tomorrow due to the holiday and the gym being closed this coming Tuesday. You guys might get some workout vid stuff too! I look forward to the support and dedication that these logs help bring me. If you feel like it give me an add on the IG @mr.cleannn

Great energy!!! Even though I was feeling a bit beat from the staying up too late the night before. 325 felt heavy but still doable. Weight is slowly dropping. E'Cinerator is working as an appetite suppressant as well. Making my mornings a little easier.Meow

Holy sweat!!! Took my E'Cinerator 20 minutes before and about 5 minutes in I was sweating profusely from just walking. Kicked my butt. Thermo effects from this stuff are pretty awesome.Meow

I like the dose. I'm pretty caffeine tolerant and I do this on an empty stomach at least for my first dose and eat a bit afterwards.

Special report. Weight is down from last week! Just did my Avatar weigh in and I'm down from 211.2 to 210.4, which is right on track for the slow sustainable weightloss setting. Waist measurement is down a quarter inch as well. E'Cinerator is making a difference for sure.Meow

Weights are starting to get back to where they used to be for deadlifts. I keep forgetting that I am lifting on a much stiffer bar than I used to and that makes a huge difference in my pull strength. Plus getting used to conventional again, it still feels pretty foreign. Energy was great though, ran out of time so I didn't get a chance to hit up core or anything. Will do that today along with my back and bicep workout.Meow

Took my E-Cin about 20 minutes before my workout. I got some amazing pumps today. I know E-Cin is a fat burner but it sure seemed to help today with my back workout with getting pumps. Was great! Weight is slowly dropping from the weekend binge.Meow
