Any food you like and have access to that fit your macros.

Any restaurant, fast food place, most deli/bakery places....

Without access to a fridge and no microwave, you really have no choice but to eat out. Assuming you live in the US, the calories for meals should be posted on the menu. You can keep track of your calorie intake easily.

I'll take a tub of whey with me. I would eat out and then drink whey to meet my protein requirement.
