So, i'm approaching 18 years of age and have been getting heavily into working out and realize you need the right diet. However, although i do want to gain muscle mass, i am an athlete and compete in sports, so i would like to remain lean and cut. I'm having trouble finding the right diet for me in order to gain strength and mass, but also to keep that nice physique. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!!

I was on the right diet for a while but now I'm trying the left diet.
The left diet isn't for everyone though. Because if everyone left, who would be right?"The fitness and nutrition world is a breeding ground for obsessive-compulsive behavior. The irony is that many of the things people worry about have no impact on results either way, and therefore aren't worth an ounce of concern."--Alan Aragon
