Hello, I'm 15, 171cm, around 61-63kgs, I only have a little stomach fat, I've been going to gym for about 3 weeks so I think I should bulk up, anyway I calculated everything I need
2625 calorie needs
150g protein
75g fat
600 calories from protein
675 calories from fat
1,350 calories from carbs
337 grams of carb
Can I eat lots of peanuts while bulking? like a cup of peanuts everyday or maybe more? (that may exceed 75g fat) only for peanuts? or it's not a good thing to exceed my fat needs while bulking? also can I eat sweets and put sugar in my tea/coffee etc..?

Eat whatever foods you want to fit in your macros. Aslong as you take in enough fiber and micronutrients. (think fruit, veggies, and in general whole foods)
