I have a question regarding Multivitamin and Fish Oil.
Would taking a vitamin like one a day or centrum be the same or close to something like optimen? My mom gets samples by the box of both from work and I
was trying to see if I could save some.
Same for Fish Oil what makes one brand superior over the other?
Something like a spring valley (300ct 1000mg for $7.50) or nature made (100ct 1200mg for $6.00)
vs something like on fish oil (100ct 300mg for $10) or control labs (30ser 2000mg for $9.00)
Just looking to add to my stack. I've been eating way cleaner and starting to count macros,
Only supplements syntha-6 morning and post workout (w/add. creatine)
isoburn 1hr-45min pre workout (free tub from a friend who got it in a stack)
evl energy 30min pre workout
aminox intraworkout (got a deal from GNC 60ser for $11)

Fish oil: Check for total omega 3 fatty acids and EPA/DHA before deciding on a product. You also probably want enteric coating to prevent fish burps. Aim for 2-3 grams combined EPA/DHA per day. The Controlled Labs Orange Oximega Fish oil offers 600mg combined EPA/DHA per capsule (and tests a little higher than label claim)
There is also a handy bundle of Orange Triad + Fish Oil https://www.bodybuilding.com/store/c...oil-combo.html, note that the Orange Triad is multi, joint, immune, and digestion and 45 day supply

Vitamins like Animal Pak and Anavite are great if you are really taxing your body through training and diet as they will have higher doses. I have used all of them and they are great, last 4 years used Platinum Multivitamins and Fish oils x4 and are equally as good and giving what the body may need.
