    Push/pull confusion

So I recently learned about push/pull movements and such and was wondering can you pair two pull/push movements together if they're different muscles? Ex incline curl then cable crunches?

Absolutely you can. You can even do "alternating sets", going back and forth, if the gym is quiet enough.

As others have said its just another way of training that works perfectly well when done correctly.
I tend to do apposing muscle groups myself so maybe Pec Deck w/Face Pulls.
I dont tend to do it a lot on the heavier compund type movements.
