I've been using Mr. Hyde for a year and have built up a tolerance. I'm a powerlifter so don't want drinks with N.O. really.
Any recommendations on a good pre workout?
I'm a coffee drinker (1-3 per day) so I have a high caffeine tolerance.

Best pre-workout is lots of sleep, lots of food and lots a water.
If you cant manage all of the above just grab a banana and an energy drink.
Pre-workouts are massively over-rated in my opinion.Meet PR: 230/ 135/ 262.5 [627.5] (in kgs)
