I have been chasing that 315 squat for a while. Im on alpha destiny's novice program for the past three months now and I can say I feel stronger and better than ever before. I am currently able to box squat 365 for 4-5 reps. I feel my back and traps getting thicker and being able to unrack the bar better. Now I feel Im close to being able to squat 315 but Im wondering if bands can be added to help me on the way up from the movement or is it considered 'cheating' in a way? If anyone wants to know Im currently 166lbs
