What do most of you use these days as a replacement/substitute?

Yohimbine hcl, 13 Dimethylamine, Synephrine hc etc ??

I'd say Yohimbine as they both work synergistically with caffeine to produce a somewhat "fat burning" conclusion.

Synephrine is supposed to be molecularly similar to ephedrine, but the energy isn't even close. A combo of synephrine, yohimbine, and caffeine maybe would do the trick. Ephedrine is still easily obtainable though.

No substitute for EC. Just go pick up some Bronkaid at the pharmacy and stack with caffeine.

There honestly is no replacement for ephedrine based on its MOA. If I didn't have ephedrine available, the next thing I would use is bulk yohimbine fasted or keto pre-cardio and pre-training.
