I think a lot of that is psychological, and no doubt other things are happening in your life that are affecting those. Maybe it's a knock-on effect from nofap, great. On the flipside I've fapped furiously and then gone to the gym an hour later and smashed it. Doesn't really mean anything. But long-term, yes. Definitely better to cut it out. Porn has and is ruining generations of men (me included).
