My hammer curls are 12.5kg (both hands) for 5x10-12
and all other isolation tri/bi movements are between 10-15kg each hand
leg curl is 45kg for 5x10

upright rows are 22.5kg for 10x10 (different as PT increased reps and its a new movement for me )

It's all about progressive overload. Add a tiny amount of weight to your lifts and increase the amount of calories after a few months/after you gained some weight. Look up for AlphaDestiny on YouTube, he has some good advice. Try to stay away from advice from roiders if you decide to stay natty. Goodluck
