Gitcha' Pump On- Before and After Workout Photo Competition

While Mr. Schwarzenegger had an extreme view of getting a pump in the gym, he is right; it feels great to get a good pump in the gym. When you get that skin bursting, vein bulging pump you feel like you can lift anything and don?t want to leave the gym. Im currently taking 2 scoops xtend and 40 to 50 preworkout carbs before each workout. Do i replace vasoxplode with xtend or take it in cunjuction with it ?
