I'm 5'9 200 pounds, but I have mostly fat weight. I was wondering if it's possible to turn that fat into muscle, I want to look muscular and not fat and I'm ok with being 200 pounds, and if I have to be be a little more it's fine. And would creatine help me? As I said I want to be a muscular person not fat, there is a difference. You know what I mean right? I want to know if it is possible to from where I am right now, to stay around this weight( or be more or less) but be muscular and not fat. Or do I have to lose weight then put on muscle? I've already been working out for a little over a year and I went dropped 60 pounds, but now I'd rather be muscular than lose the weight. And the reason I want to take creatin is because I heard it helps you build muscle and that's what I want to do. And if I have to put on 5,10 pounds to look more muscular and lose this fat weight, I want to.

Just keep working hard in the gym and eat less. That's all you have to do. Save your money.
You can't help the hopeless.
