So I weigh about 142 and I know I have to intake 1 gram of protein per body mass but I dont know how to calculate all of that..like what should I eat and and if I want to get a big upper body..what workouts should I add on too my workout plan.

1g/lbs of bodyweight thing is bs, must people i know dont get more than 120g and still make sik gains. I think it was meant to be 1g per kilo of lean body mass but then da amerikanz changed it. Get on any proven beginner routine that has you progressing on your main lifts each week - id check out the 5/3/1 who was cns beginner version.
