    How do i get big lookin veins on my arms and other bodyparts do bodybuilding more times per week or what is the secret behind it

    I've always had pretty large veins, though they used to only show when I was pumped.

    They didn't really become noticable all the time untill I cut my bodyfat way down. Now they're poping up everwhere... just started to notice them in my quads.

    As far as genetics, alot of my uncles who don't even lift are pretty veiny and defined as well.

    i can see them on my forearms and somewhat on my bicep but when im pumped the veins popping out of my left arm arent the same as my right sometimes. is that normal?

    yup, perfectly normal, most people have more protruding veins on one arm than the other.

    im cutting bodyfat now and im getting back the veins. the other day i noticed one in my knee that looked like a snake. I also remember when i cutted last April, i could see veins in my waist too even though i only had a 4 pack. I never got the veins in my biceps, im hoping to get them now that i have bulked upo and im cutting, cos they look really good even in those that dont have any mass. The only vein which has remained faithful and didnt dissapear despite a serious layer of fat protruding through my skin, were the ones in m foerams (back of forearms). They are really thick veins and connect to my biceps, but when they get to my biceps they dissapear . The veins in my hands didnt disappear either (good lord otherwise i would have seoirusly been a ****ing michelin man).

    Veins are genetics and bf. They're sick in my oppinion, but I have them popping out of my forearms and biceps. My arms are only 14 inches and I have about 20% bodyfat. So it shows you...genetics are the decider.
    Being all that I can be is simply not good enough. I will be better.

    Body building is 40% lifting, 40% diet and 40% sleep. And it's always going to be 120% dedication.

    Power lifters eat to help them lift.

    Veins come gradually, at least for me. First they pop out only when they're pumped, then they gradually start coming out and more and more start coming out. My right arm has more veins than my left arm, which makes me sadduzzled.

    I am one of those people who are naturally really vascular. My forearm veins pop out all day no matter what i do. Same with my delt/pec area, and I'm in no way super lean (like 15%ish).

    Two ways to do it:

    Train muscles - A trained muscle needs more blood flow, and the body adapts by increasing the diameter of the arteries and veins that surround that muscle.

    Lower Body Fat - Fat sits between muscle and skin, and will make any arteries and veins that have increased due to training less visible.

    Yeah I never use to have any veins at all showing now they show in my biceps constantly and close to my pec and shoulder I can't really specify what muscle there closest to though (only when pumped) and forearms my bf is 15% so maybe it's genetics but being vascular looks sick IMO
