Kawhi told me he does not think the Zaza play was dirty. Said he was just contesting the shot.Lonzo Ball > Markelle Fultz

Lonzo Ball: "Yeah, it's a mindset."

cancer as usual when anything involves the Warriors
yet Westbrook performs the same kicking motion in that series and people don't say a peep. Actually Westbrook has a history of extended leg kicks over the course of his career. It's a very common occurrence whenever you get blocked as you go up for the shot and lose the ball, you flail out. Whether it's a means to draw a foul, it's natural motion to maintain balance, or they are extending their limbs to try and recover the ball, I don't know.
but here's the Westbrook kick from that same series as he gets blocked-stripped as he goes upward to shoot

there's more examples, but I'm not trying to turn this thread into a Westbrook head-huntLast edited by mvpshaq32; 05-14-2017 at 08:21 PM.

Leonard taking the high road. Never seen the dude talk ****.
One of the only superstars that doesn't beg for calls and complain every other play. He's extremely humble and I'm not at all surprised that he said he didn't think it was intentional, however, right after he said that he also said he'd have to look at the play again.

Him fading away actually makes it worse in my opinion. Not like Zaza was doing a full sprint and trying to block the shot, he just shuffled with his hand up. So with Kawhi fading, Zaza had to take an extra step to get under him.
Ultimately, it's pretty hard to speak on intent. But at the very least, it's a reckless attempt of a closeout.Minnesota Vikings - Dallas Mavericks - Washington Wizards - Bayern Munich
