Weather's getting warmer so more people wearing short sleeves and shorts
So annoying and cringey how many people are tatted up
Every other bored housewife or over-the-hill middle age guy is sporting some of the lousiest tats ever
You can tell they're all just following that tattoo trend like the conformists they are and tats have basically lost any meaning or uniqueness they might have had in the past

Saw a young pretty girl with a giant tat if an african elephant on her upper arm. covered the while thing shoulder to elbow.
Dont get me wrong, i like elephants and tattoos as much as the next guy but its makes one wonder why would she go to all the money and time to get that on her arm> a giant black and grey elephant."To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather an endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior, in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We make ourselves into one or the other."-- Carlos Castaneda

Used to work with a borderline landwhale with two butt-uggly tattoos on her forearms. The type of tattoos any rational person would regret. Some carp or something.
They hired her even though visible tattoos are against policy (hospitality industry).
Pretty reliable indicator of a low life....and according to which an ensign might rank incomparably higher than a general, and according to which what was needed for success in the service was not effort or work, or courage, or perseverance, but only the knowledge of how to get on with those who can grant rewards, and he was himself often surprised at the rapidity of his success, and at the inability of others to understand these things

tattooed low life checking in
the worst people are the ones who try to attach deep meaning to their tattoos
i got this skull because it represents how life is meaningless and in the end we all die
i got this tribal band because it represents the continuity of life
just fukin say you got it because you thought it was cool at the time and own it

Some tatts are very well done and they are art.
The majority, not so much.
We must remember whom it was in society who originally had tatts. It was either a service man with a forarm or bicep tatt of his branch of service.
The other group was almost exclusively Ex-convict felons and bikers. Real outlaw bikers. Most of which were former or active felons or heading there soon.
So back in many of our parents days and views the only people with lots of ink were not good people.
I don't feel this way. Just some back story.
Which leads us to today. If you don't have a tattoo you're unique. Here in Florida its always hot out. I almost never see anyone without some kind of ink. Which is fine.
But.... The 150lb guys covered from their throats to their knuckles is a bit much. It's their life. It seems like a lot of the younger guys get tatts for the image that they think it projects. I've heard many young women gush over their man's tatts. As if he were edgy and a bad ass cause he is covered in tatts. Many people I've known. The worst thing they've done is not pay their child support.
They have spider webs tattooed on their elbows. I've had plenty of friends who went to prison according to them, you got spider webs on your arms or elbows if you're a lifer. You're caught in the web and never getting out. Same goes for the broken clocks and clocks work missing and broken hands. Lifer.
Yet I see young guys running around with this kind of ink all the time. Its funny to me.
To each their own. This is not to say everyone who has ink is this way. Nom sayin??"Johan tells me that your luggage, is the luggage of the poor."

I hate them and I would make them illegal to get without a psychological evaluation and approval.
It's like these people are getting permanent plastic surgery performed by lowlifes, frequently while they're intoxicated, going through some emotional trauma, and tats are self-mutilation, so a sign of a personality disorder. How can that be legal?
Anyway, most tats look like sh!t, are stereotypical, so not unique, and they are no longer unique. Tats become popular in the 90s and they took off with neck and face tats, making sure you can never look normal, and that died down, but I'm seeing it come back.
In Philly it's a huge thing. If you want to ask me a question:

Gotta agree, majority of the people getting ink have absolutely no art sense, and just get trash cheap tattoos. Silly symbolism aside, a lot of inked people can't even differentiate between a quality and a poverty tattoo. It's all the same to them, as long as they have something on their skin. lol
Self mutilation as in temporary harm from getting inked or the actual result that looks hideous to you? Because the latter is subjective.

A definition of art is something that's emotionally moving, not just cool.
I have never seen a tat like that.
I'm friends on ******** with these tat people and they post pics. One guy have his whole torso covered with a realistic looking haunted house and skeletons walking around.
WHY!!!
Anyway, your skin is always dying off and growing back and in seven years most of your cells are replaced. That makes tats get blurry and look like crap, so it will happen to everyone. Not too many artists paint a picture and expect that to happen, and likely wouldn't let it.
So, the art thing is a possibility for like a few years, and that's it.If you want to ask me a question:

art - the expression or application of human creative skill and imagination, typically in a visual form such as painting or sculpture, producing works to be appreciated primarily for their beauty or emotional power.
Let's not close ourselves with one definition of a word brah. Everyone takes art differently, and it doesn't necessarily have to be emotionally moving.

That's because they are literally crazy people with terrible judgement.
In fact, if they have a Borderline Personality Disorder and the tat is a form of cutting, they probably want sh!tty stupid images so as to be ashamed of themselves.
A favorite female of mine got two dolphins above her belly button then she gained some weight and now she calls them whales, lol. If I ever get to see them, I'd be willing to get her laser surgery as I hate tats, but like her.If you want to ask me a question:

An ex of mine was on the tat bandwagon. Had a couple real decent ones that were respectable. But some .. Not so much. Anyways, almost a year into this relationship were talking one night in bed and she decides to tell me this story about one of her tats on here front lower hip (like under her panty line) and how the tattoo artist got fresh and rubbed her clit n chit while she was getting it. DA FUQ U THINK I WANNA HEAR THAT ****? Talking about how she didn't want him too but her friend got her all xanied up before she got it and her inhibitions were off... So now every time I'm ****in her and see this tat, all I'm thinking bout is her getting finger banged..
Your gun is digging into my hip.

I agree with you for the most part. But I've seen tatts that look like actual stone on someone's skin. It's wild looking. Not even sure how they accomplish it but it is crazy to see. Like an optical illusion.
I wouldn't get it put on me. I've not found anything I like enough to have it on my body for life."Johan tells me that your luggage, is the luggage of the poor."

I know a girl like that and she's crazy.
If you break it down...
1. She is going to some pervert she doesn't know to have him mutilate her.
2. She is a coward and needs drugs.
3. She is okay with buying and taking illegal drugs.
4. If she wasn't on drugs, she would likely enjoy the pain.
5. She has friends that won't protect her as a perverted mutilator of people rubs her clit.
6. She doesn't want to be aware or in control as some random pervert digs a picture into her body as she has no pants on.
WTF.
She is insane, criminal, and has no self-esteem.If you want to ask me a question:
