Hi all!
I'm an aspiring bodybuilder who has transformed his body, mind and soul through vigorous exercise, restrictive diets, and a drastic lifestyle change.
Current stats: 6-1, 257lbs (was 250lbs in photo)
The picture in the top left is me in Feb 2012. I was probably at my heaviest then (see the full face). Started doing cardio ever single day and replaced unhealthy foods with 'healthier' foods (think Diet Coke instead of Coke, less burgers and more brown rice, etc.)
The picture on the top right is me in Jul 2013. This was when I joined a gym and started lifting.
The bottom two are my transformation lol. It's been a l-o-n-g journey but it's just the beginning. I'm aiming to compete sometime this fall and have hired a coach to advise and lead me through the cutting + supplementation phase.
I'm excited to join the site and look forward to continually updating my BodySpace alongside my GF.
