I'm looking for a good healthy meal replacement that I can use for breakfast when I don't have time. Something healthy, low sugar, low carb and high protein. Any ideas?

When I don't have time I eat a piece of fruit (apple, banana, pear) and a couple hard boiled eggs or some pre-cooked chicken. Only takes a couple minutes to eat and it's easy to eat in the car or while walking. You don't have to think traditional breakfast foods either. You could do a lettuce wrap with meat and cheese, celery and peanut butter, a burger patty with a slice of tomato on top etc.

I never understood the "don't have time" excuse. I can nuke some eggs and throw them in an english muffin with a slice of cheese while pouring my first cup of coffee. If you literally don't have the 2 minutes it takes to make something just set your alarm back 2 minutes. Problem solved.

One of my favorite things to do... And the eggs don't stick to the pan! I make full scrambles in the microwave with stuff like spinach, shrooms, tomato, onion, giardinara, cheese, chicken etc and they come out great. By the time the toast is finished toasting, I have a full meal ready in about 5 minutes.

Like SuffolkPunch, I also don't like eating at breakfast. I make a breakfast shake with ground oats, different seeds, fruit, yoghurt/milk and whey.
I don't avoid the carbs though, otherwise I'm feeling weak by 10am at work. Once my Vanilla whey arrives, I'm going to experiment with spinach and the likes in my breakfast shake. It just doesn't fit with the chocolate-mint whey that I'm still using right now.
Scrambled eggs in the microwave can work. It's not as bad as a lot of people claim, just make sure you don't overcook them or they'll taste like cardboard, no matter your seasoning.
When I do eat real breakfast (only on weekends) it's mostly a variation of my weekday shake: yoghurt, cheese on toast and fruit.
