About time for a new PreWorkout

So my go-to preworkouts for almost a year now have been GAT and Steeledge. I'm almost out of my GAT so I'm looking to switch things up a bit.

Looking for something with low-medium stims (200-300mg caffeine)
And a medium pump
Something that's gonna keep me going my entire workout (1-2hrs)
Improved mental focus

SuperPump Max (at 2 scoops) is still my daily go-to pre-workout and favorite one of all-time (honestly). I just love it. I don't feel overly stimmed, the pumps are good and it lasts my entire workout (1 1/2 to 1 hour 45 minutes) and it tastes great.

There's a reason it's been around since 2009, it works

BPI Best Pre would for sure be an option I'd look at. That's been one of my favorite moderate stimmed pre's for long lasting energy. Other options I've used and liked are Pre Kaged and BB.com Scream(currently unavailable).

Prolific and Quake seem like they have pretty good profiles for Stim and Focus but im not sure if they have enough in them for Pump.

Check out Velocity Ultra. A little higher in the stim department but it provides very long lasting energy and no crash.

Blue Star PPK comes to mind. I'm expecting to see my Cream Soda flavor sometime soon and I don't expect to be disappointed as I'm heard great things about it.

im not a "non rep" OP, but just curious on why you are looking to go outside your go-to pre-workouts?

As stated above, Quake and PPK are solid.

I would throw in MAN GameDay as well. At half scoop, it's 175mg caffeine so you can up that to 3/4 or even full scoop for around 300-350mg caffeine. GameDay has GMS as well to offer pump and endurance properties. The pre effects are felt throughout and do not hit you with a boost then drop quickly.

As suggest above, VaporX5 without a doubt. Even at one scoop this preworkout is my jam. That with amazing flavors, and can find it on a deal regularly here - no brainier.

If you want to stay around 200-300mg of caffeine:
• C4 Ultimate (does contain more than caffeine)
• Controlled Labs White Rapids
• ErgoPre
• Komodo Katana
• PES Prolific (1.5 scoops)
All of these provide at least one ingredient for pumps (I know you stated in your op that was of interest)
