one night owl to another. You have to get enough sleep basically. So test it out. Go to bed at w.e time with no alarm for a couple nights and count the hours you slept. Then you know how many hours a night you need to wake up alert. Mine is exactly 8 hours. Once you know these simple numbers, you know what time you have to brute force yourself to go to sleep. GL.

you just need to not be a little bitch, period.
im a night owl too, on weekends im up until 4-5am. during the week i'm up at 4am for work.
you just need to man up and jump out of bed the second the alarm goes off. 10 minutes after you're up you won't want to go back to bed anymore. My loony bun is fine

why isnt it that simple? All you have to do is get up...Literally get up. put your alarm clock away from your bed, youll have to get up to turn it off...so at that point fukc it go running

You have to set a sleep schedule that you follow everyday and eventually your internal clock will get used to it and it will be easy. I know them feels tho, when I am off work through the winter months I get used to sleeping in and end up hating to get up early, especially when I have to go back to work, which I have recently had to do. I try to go to bed before 12am or I am up all night on and off but like you I tend to like to stay up late, I used to clean grocery stores all night and I think I have become accustomed to staying up late, it's peaceful when everyone else is sleeping.

It's easy. Skip one night of sleep. Ideally a Saturday, since you probably don't work Sunday. Then, Sunday night arrives, you're tired as **** and are falling over your feet, go to sleep really early, say 9pm. Set alarm clock for 5am. You'll instantly fall asleep, and you'll be rested enough at 5am to wake up.
Then, most important part, keep going to sleep no later than 10pm for the next 2 weeks, and your internal clock will fix itself to it.

For me go to bed early: lay awake from 10pm until 4am
my only hope of seeing 7am is to stay up all nightIf I laugh, I rep

when you're laying in bed in the morning, hitting snooze and feeling sorry for yourself. just think about some super heroic as **** people and **** they've accomplished in their lives. meanwhile you don't have the willpower to get out of bed. might help.
perhaps that sounded harsh, didn't intend it to. just a legit strategy. put some posters beside your bed of people doing badass **** and people you really look up to.My loony bun is fine
