    week 1

    crunches- 10x 2 sets slowly good form
    side crunches 10x each side
    leg lifts 7x 2 sets
    reverse crunches 5x 2 sets

    week 2

    crunches 20x 2 sets slowly good form
    side crunches 20x each side
    bicycle crunches 15x
    reverse crunches- 10x 2 sets
    leg lifts 10x 2 sets

    week 3

    crunches 30x 3 sets
    side crunches 25 each side
    bicycle crunches 20x 2 sets
    reverse crunches 15x 3 sets

    week 4

    crunches 40-50 3-4 sets
    side crunches 30 each side
    bicycle crunches 25x 2 sets
    leg lifts 20x 2 sets

    week 5

    start putting on weights or it'll take too long


    **important** this is of course for somone with no previous training of the abdominals. if you already train them then start off at your level

    leg lifts are when you put your hands under your butt and you slowly raise your legs and hold them there for awhile. Then you put them back down again. im not sure what side crunches are but i think its when you do crunches but instead of going straight up, you go to one side. hope that helps.
