    *Leg curls 3x10 @70Lbs
    *Rope crunch 3x15 @120Lbs/*Calf raise 3x12 @110lbs

    Feels good to get back into things after the holiday weekend. Diet took a hit past couple of days but getting back on track this week. Squats felt good, trying to really focus on keeping my core tight throughout each rep.

    With you on the diet taking a hit over the weekend It happens, though.

    Good stuff on the squats. I am going to start adding them in on my leg day. Keeping tight was always my issue so I'll take a page from your book and focus on my core.

    Thanks man. Took a huge hit past couple of days was on vacation missed two days of lifting and just eat whatever. Righting the ship tomorrow.

    I feel it. I am actually lowering carbs on all my days this week because I will most likely have a bit of a bad weekend coming up.

    How was the vacation though? Always good to have some rest days with a relaxed eating schedule. Good to give yourself a break,

    *Pull-ups 3x8 10lbs
    *Flat DB Flies 3x12 @40lbs
    *Pendlay rows 3x10 @95lbs
    *Face-pulls 3x12 @50lbs/Tri pushdowns 3x12 @70lbs

    Missed a couple of work-outs from last week so picking up where I left off. First work-out after couple days off and it went a lot better than I thought it was going to. Feels good to get back into things. Pull-ups felt good which I was really surprised at. Diet took a big hit past couple days, weight went up couple pounds but assuming it's mostly water retention. Getting back on track this week, probably have about 4-5 weeks more of cutting and then will reassess.

    Yea got some progress pics in my body space and then track my weight daily and take weekly averages. Never drrslly figured out how to do the whole measurement thing

    Thanks man, yea it feels great to see the progress. The wrist mobility is still a weakness but def feel like I'm making progress with it. I've been doing some of the movements in that video you showed me beforehand and can notice the difference.

    Nice run! Treadmill runs are brutal imo because it so boring. Prefer the outdoors so props for being able to do it.

    Have been lowering carbs this week to help with the cut and can definitely feel it in my workouts. Felt pretty beat and tired throughout the workout but hit all the lifts. Think my body just needs some time to adjust to it.
