*Leg Press 3x10 @250Lbs
*Leg curls 3x10 @70Lbs
*Rope crunch 3x15 @120Lbs/*Calf raise 3x12 @110lbs
Feels good to get back into things after the holiday weekend. Diet took a hit past couple of days but getting back on track this week. Squats felt good, trying to really focus on keeping my core tight throughout each rep.

With you on the diet taking a hit over the weekend It happens, though.

Upper B:
*OHP 3X5 90LBS
*Pull-ups 3x8 10lbs
*Flat DB Flies 3x12 @40lbs
*Pendlay rows 3x10 @95lbs
*Face-pulls 3x12 @50lbs/Tri pushdowns 3x12 @70lbs
Missed a couple of work-outs from last week so picking up where I left off. First work-out after couple days off and it went a lot better than I thought it was going to. Feels good to get back into things. Pull-ups felt good which I was really surprised at. Diet took a big hit past couple days, weight went up couple pounds but assuming it's mostly water retention. Have been lowering carbs this week to help with the cut and can definitely feel it in my workouts. Felt pretty beat and tired throughout the workout but hit all the lifts.
