Okay so i've been doing split programs for years, most along the lines of chest/back, quads/hams/calves, triceps/biceps/shoulderd (abs every 2nd day)
But i am now working 75hrs a week and i find it hard to train consistently with a split program given the amount i work.
I mean i can find time to train but have trouble finding time 3days in a row so to speak, so thinking a full body program may be a better option?
Has anyone else been in the same situation & gone to a full body program? Worth it?
Would i be seeing less results by doing a full body program? (ive never done full body programs before)
Keen to hear some advice on this, also if i am to go full body does anyone have some routines they could point me in the direction of?
Cheers

The only thing standing between you & your goal is the bullsh*t story you keep telling yourself as to why you cant achieve it

Something in between would be an upper/lower. That should also work quite well if you need some scheduling flexibility. You simply alternate your workouts every time you go to the gym. Ideally you would work out 4 times a week, typically either ULRULRR or ULRURLR. But if for some reason you can only make it 3 times a week on occasion, or have to shift a rest day, you simply continue where you left off.

Yep OP you just pick up where you left off. But full body programs 2x a week work well for many people in a pinch.
Some people use a standard 3x a week program and if they miss a session, just pick up where they left off. Internets have many 2 day full body (abbreviated) programs. They usually center around typical compounds with a very few, to no isolation exercises. The most important aspect of weight training; whether for the athlete, bodybuilder, or average person is to better ones health and ability without injury. - Bill Pearl
