Going into the third week of my cut right now, is it okay to jump into PSMF or do I have to eat at maintenance for a week or two first?

No carbs aside from whatever you get from your green veggies
No fats aside from your fish oil capsules and trace fats on your chicken/meat
Use the calculator above to calculate calories/protein- you need to hit the minimum protein per day for your body else you are not protein sparing any more, you are just fasting. We're all gonna make it.

This... the mental torture will be enough to fuk you up. If you are working n out n about life will suck... it's also a quick way to develop an eating disorder. You will be trying sleep while starving while dreaming of 2 large pepperoni pizzas n a coke.
Just reduce ur calories and increase ur cardio. It's not worth the insanity.

After reading through some of the book I'll definitely try this. However, I'm going to wait a few more months because I had surgery just over a month ago and need to regain some strength. Also I'll need to wait until I have a couple weeks off from work/school
I'm around 14% bf so I guess I'm a category 1

I noticed the book mentioned that category 2's should refeed 5 hours once per week. Does this mean that the individual needs to consume the majority of his carbohydrate in a 5 hour time span?
After scrolling through the pdf, this was the plan I came up with:
I'm a Category 2:
1000 calories
190 g protein
20 g fat
15 carbs
Supplements include
- Fish oil
- Multivitamin
I'll do this for two weeks and re-feed once a week during a five hour period. Then its back to normal dieting and maybe repeat the process down the road if the results look promising.
Does it look like i'm doing it correctly? Thanks mates
