Nah. Googled this before because I wanted to throw raw eggs into my proton shakes but read multiple sources that roughly half the protein isn't digested.
Scrambled eggs with a bunch of shredded cheddar thrown on is pretty easy and delicious anyways. Pam spray on your pan makes it pretty trivial to clean up afterwards too. Most Underrated Exercise: Barbell Hack Squats.

Not that I know of. Small chance of salmonella and biotin deficiency with raw too.
"Biotin deficiency is a rare nutritional disorder which can become serious, even fatal, if allowed to progress untreated. It can occur in people of any age, ancestry, or gender. Biotin is part of the B vitamin family. Biotin deficiency rarely occurs among healthy people because the daily requirement of biotin is low, many foods provide adequate amounts of it, intestinal bacteria synthesize small amounts of it, and the body effectively scavenges and recycles it from bodily waste. However, deficiencies can be caused by consuming raw egg whites over a period of months to years. Egg whites contain high levels of avidin, a protein that binds biotin strongly. When cooked, avidin is partially denatured and binding to biotin is reduced. However one study showed that 30-40% of the avidin activity was still present in the white after frying or boiling.[1] Hence excessive cooked egg white consumption could possibly cause biotin deficiency." - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Biotin_deficiencyMost Underrated Exercise: Barbell Hack Squats.

You all are too funny, i eat eggs all the time after the gym in the evening.
1. turn pan on high and spray with no stick(1 min.)
2. crack and whip eggs ( 45 sec.)
3. cook eggs and stir, ( 1 min.)
done in 3 min max. There is an unspoken thing, we are iron brothers and sisters, we are to support each other and...It is our duty to support our brothers and sisters in the iron game!
