so, nowhere else to possibly ask this but here....
I have been having issues with underwear at the gym. I dont know if its just the leggings i'm wearing or what, but they're always slipping/rolling down. now its just a gym thing, doesn't happen normally. Do you ladies prefer certain types of undies when working out? or know of some magic stay-put pants?

I use a G-string under either tight shorts or tight leggings. Never had any issues with them getting out of place even when working on aerial apparatuses.

I never could get comfortable in a thong and I cant go without underwear in tight pants, I have tried new balance, and under armour as well but wasnt happy with them so I have been wearing its a style they seem to not sell any more but similar to their current namastay put hipster no lines and they stay put under tights 94% of the time

Yea, also thongs. Once you get used to having a wedgie, you can never have a Wedgie again. But my preference is underwear free. That said, I love UA pants for the compression and resultant SI support, but geezus, the crotch digging. I don't know if it's my waist height or what, but pulled to their comfortable place, they provide quite the outline...z.
I did get some UA seamless underoos (both thong and bikini) that are pretty comfortable for the must wear underwear days.
