Would you reccomend naturally enhanced by alphadestiny? Or is that more of a powerlifting program? Good for bodybuilding?

split routines do fuk all. do 5x5 rippletoe starting strength. i did that 3 days a week and ended my routine with 15 minutes of punching bag work or speed bags. monday/wed/fri mornings. on saturday night i would do calisthenics to failure. push ups/pull ups/leg lifts/planks.
edit: go ahead and look at my bodyspace pics if interested.. my progress pics were me at 16/17 and my profile pic was at 19. went from 6'1 155 to about 180 on a good day with visible abs/v cut

Just lol at the title of that program. Anything with alpha I disregard. Looks a bit too complicated for a beginner as well. Go with a 5x5 program or a push/pull/legs routine. Make it a point to master the fundamentals. i.e squat, bench, deadlift, ohp. You can add in a few accessory movements such as lat, tricep, bicep, etc. but don't make these the focus. Start out light, make sure form is good, then progress. This is just the tip of the iceberg.
