I like the idea of the product and thought it would be beneficial to maybe have a couple of pills every meal
anyone ever try them?

Way back in the day. If you have an inadequate protein intake in your diet I wouldn't say it was a bad idea.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

I have used them 5 years ago and would take 3 with every meal even though I didn't necessarily need them. Its an old school take on desiccated liver tablets as when I was starting out we didn't have the range of supplements available today.
