Anyone ever use UNIVERSAL uni-liver tabs?

Ive used em...cheap but my understanding is to get an actual effective dose , youll have to take lots more than a couple..hazy on the details

Way back in the day. If you have an inadequate protein intake in your diet I wouldn't say it was a bad idea.

I think it's 3 grams of protein per 2 tablets

if you eat 4x per day that's an extra 12 grams you don't need to get elsewhere if you take 2 pills per meal...I don't see any downside as long as you're not expecting some kind of crazy result

I have used them 5 years ago and would take 3 with every meal even though I didn't necessarily need them. Its an old school take on desiccated liver tablets as when I was starting out we didn't have the range of supplements available today.

I haven't used them but this is pretty much what I've heard. Some people will say use them for the added protein others will say ditch them.

A lot of people have been taking them for years. They are an economical way to supplement your protein and vitamins and minerals

Like others have said cheap way to get extra vitamins and minerals. Be ready for big tabs as they are rather large. Definitely worth a go.

Years ago I used to eat their liver tablets.. I would eat so many of them! It was cool and helped with hitting my macros; only advice would be to make sure your fiber is on point if you start crushing them
