Hello all,
Can anyone offer advice on how to integrate fat groups into a powerlifting routine? Just a few exercises that are helpful.
My goal is to increase deadlift grip strength.

Fat Grip training
Gym (170-180 lbs): 465 Squat, 300 Bench, 495 DL
Meet (165 lbs): 430 Squat, 280 Bench, 445 DL
